Whether it’s an intimate gathering, local landmark, romantic destination or a grand affair, Enamor Events offers event design, concept development, planning and coordination and is able to customize any package to fit your unique needs. We have taken time to cultivate relationships with a wonderful network of professional florists, photographers, MUA, hairstylists, custom wedding invitation suppliers etc that can be recommended if needed.


Enamor Events also specializes in theme, concept, styled, engagement and wedding photo & cinema shoots. We collaborate with couples, skilled photographers and/or videographers to produce a shoot tailored specifically for them. Have you seen something in a wedding magazine or blog that inspires you? Perhaps there's a specific era or movie that is significant to your relationship, we can help you personalize your vision or assist you in creating your own. The Enamor Events team takes care of everything from wardrobe, location scouting, props, hair/make-up etc. Rates for this service is determined on a case by case basis.

"Day of" Coordinator, Partial and/or Full Planning

1. BLISS ~ Comprehensive Planning/Coordination for the couple who seek thorough assistance in all aspects of their wedding planning. Unlimited venue, vendor research and presentation. This is ideal for the couple who is just starting their wedding planning.

2. FLOURISH ~ Bride & Groom did some of the work and need some 'extra hands' to assist & coordinate details several months closer to wedding.

3. DELIGHT ~ Preceding and/or month of Wedding 'tying up loose ends' which includes run through of wedding rehearsal and day-of coordination.

The BLISS Package includes complete wedding planning, preparation and coordination. Venue and vendor research and presentation are unlimited. This is ideal for the couple who is just starting their wedding planning and needs detailed guidance from conceptualization to execution. It includes additional administrative time, theme creation, venue and vendor presentation/selection, transportation, accommodations and more. Your planner will make all appointments for your venue and vendor visits and will also attend up to 4 vendor appointments and venue walk through once venue is booked.

• Planning and executing of wedding budget with coordination of deposits, payments and final due dates
• Research, present and secure wedding sites (unlimited)

• Set up vendor and venue appointments and attend four vendor appointments
• Design and theme creations, venue walk through and customized reception layout
• Etiquette advice
• Research and secure wedding night accommodations for couple
• Research and secure transportation for couple

The FLOURISH package is ideal for the couples who have their wedding location and some vendors booked already, but need assistance from this point forward. A planner timeline is created and followed to complete the remainder of the planning. Your planner will be in close contact with you, coordinating the timeline, reminders, appointments, and the budget. Your planner will assist with vendor selection and negotiation and will act as a liaison between vendors and wedding facilities.

The DELIGHT Package includes basic planning, preparation and coordination for the day of the wedding. Your coordinator will be in close contact with you the month before your wedding and completely coordinate everything throughout the wedding day to ensure all is perfect. Your coordinator will work behind the scenes and ensure every last detail is carried through.

• On site coordination during wedding rehearsal (1hr)
• On site coordination of the wedding day: ceremony, cocktail hour and reception (10 hrs)
• Timeline created for wedding day
• Review vendor contracts for coordination
• Final vendor confirmation the week before wedding
• One in depth planning meeting to cover step-by-step details of the wedding day one month prior to finalize your wedding day agenda
• Planner packet provided for couple to fill out covering all wedding details
• Customized agenda for wedding provided to client, venue and vendors
• Assist with recessional and processional order
• Confirm ceremony and reception set up and details
• Review agenda with vendors and banquet captain for event coordination
• Placement of ceremony items such as sand ceremony items, candles or roses
• Placement of reception items to include: favors, toasting goblets, cake items, table numbers, seating chart, engagement photo, card box as well as place cards for table assignments at entrance
• Line up and cue bride, groom, bridal party, family and vendors for ceremony and reception activities
• Collect and transfer ceremony items to reception (sand, guest book, gifts)
• Oversee and coordinate all vendor commitments for grand entrances, dances, bouquet tosses, cake cutting and any other activities planned
• Distributes payments/gratuities to vendors that are due on wedding day
• Final wrap up (personal items and gifts in one area)
• Follow up session after wedding to de-brief and close any outstanding items

Concept Design
Do you have an idea what you like but are unsure of how to pull it off or if it will even look good? In response to this common concern, Enamor Events offers Concept Design. This step is recommended for couples who are in the beginning stages of planning and want a visual foundation to build the rest of their Wedding Day on.

Add this service to your wedding planning package and we will build you a storyboard presentation of creative ideas for your dream wedding. We ask all the right questions to find out what makes you and your fiancé "tick" so that the designs we present match your unique personalities and tastes. You pick what you like, remove what you don't like and we'll finalize the decor and design ideas together. Then, we make it all happen by finding the right vendors to provide certain services or products or by making items ourselves.

**Please note: For all weddings over 125 guests, an assistant is likely required, which will be at an additional expense.

***25% Deposit/Reservation Fee is required at the time of contract signing which will go towards balance due and guarantees that the planner will not book any other event on the day of your wedding.
